Front door to pool gate is about thirty seconds. The kids will figure it out fast.<\/p>\n Does ground-level mean less privacy?<\/strong>\nThe front patio faces the parking lot rather than the pool deck, so it’s quieter than you’d expect. The bedrooms are interior to the unit, not visible from the deck or the lot.<\/p>\n Can two people cook in the kitchen at the same time?<\/strong>\nYes. This is the building’s longest prep counter \u2014 close to ten feet of usable workspace.<\/p>\n Does the suite get afternoon sun?<\/strong>\nThe east-facing layout keeps direct afternoon sun off the back of the suite.
