The Suites at Sundial — Compare Tropical Tides, Paradise Palms, and Sunset Shores

Three suites. One quiet building. Pick yours.

We picked everything in these three suites ourselves, including the linens, the coffee setup, and the rugs by the front door. They share a heated pool, a parking lot, and a three-minute walk to the public beach access on Sundial Street. The differences are layout, light, and feel — and which morning view you want with your coffee.

Tropical Tides

The upstairs two-bedroom with a balcony off the back. Mornings start with light through the slider, sea oats in the breeze, and the pool gate opening below. Three-minute walk to the sand.

Paradise Palms

Ground-level and the closest unit to the pool. From the back, you’re two doors from the gate. The kitchen runs full-length along the wall — the longest counter in the building. Sleeps six the same as the other two; runs cooler in summer because of the shade.

Sunset Shores

The renovated suite. New kitchen, new bathroom, fresh paint, the most square footage in the building. Quiet from the pool — the bedroom side faces the parking lot rather than the deck. Best fit for groups that want a little more room or who plan to cook at home.

How to choose

If you’re traveling as a couple or with one or two kids and you want morning light, Tropical Tides is the one.

If pool access and an oversized kitchen matter most, Paradise Palms.

If you want the newest finishes and the most square footage, Sunset Shores.

If you’re not sure, text Reanna. She’s three minutes away and she knows the building better than anyone.
