What happens next

  1. Right now: A confirmation email is on its way with your reservation details, payment receipt, and a direct line to Reanna.
  2. One week before arrival: You’ll get a check-in guide with the smart-lock code, parking, Wi-Fi password, and our PCB cheat sheet of where to eat, where to walk, and which beach access is closest.
  3. The morning of arrival: A welcome text from Reanna with anything we want you to know about that week (events, weather, anything happening at the property).
  4. During your stay: We’re three minutes from the door. Text the number on your check-in guide for anything — we answer fast.
  5. After you leave: A short post-stay email with a couple of questions about how it went. If you booked direct, you’ll also get a 10% off code for your next stay.
