Whispering Waves is the second-story suite at 318 Sundial Street. It shares a wall with Tropical Tides, shares the upstairs floor with Tropical Tides, shares the same building, heated pool, and three-minute walk to the Gulf.

The suite is currently under a long-term lease through early 2027. After that, we’ll open it for direct booking, and pair it with Tropical Tides as the upstairs Combined Suite (4 BR, 3 BA, sleeps 12, the entire upstairs floor).

Why is Whispering Waves not available now?
It is currently rented on a long-term lease through early 2027. It returns to nightly availability after that.
Is it really the only 2-bath suite?
Yes. The other four suites are 2BR/1BA. Whispering Waves is the only one with two full baths — built for couples sharing or families with kids on different schedules.
Where in the building is it?
Upstairs suite. Same floor as Tropical Tides with two-sided windows and more privacy.
When can I book it?
Get on the waitlist (email signup on the home page) and you will hear when the lease ends and dates open.
