Why we run it this way
We do not have anything against the OTAs. They are how a lot of people first find a place. But once you have stayed somewhere and you trust it, paying an extra $150 to a third party does not make sense for anyone except the third party.
So we made our direct site the better deal. Lower price, faster contact, same property, same owners, same standard for the stay. If we did our part, you come back. If you come back direct, we keep the price gap honest.

Quick questions
Is it really the same property as the Airbnb listing?
Yes, exactly the same. Same building at 318 Sundial Street, same suites, same heated pool, same hosts. The booking just flows through our direct site instead of the OTA, so the OTA fee comes off the price.
How do you take payment if not Airbnb?
Stripe, standard credit card checkout with Apple Pay and Google Pay as options. Same level of fraud protection as any other major site. We never see or store your card number.
What about cancellation?
