This is the privacy policy for sundialsuites.com, operated by Sundial Suites LLC, 318 Sundial Street, Panama City Beach, FL 32413. We try to keep this in plain English. If you have a question about anything below, contact us.
What we collect
When you book a stay, we collect the information our booking system (Hospitable) needs to process the reservation: your name, email, phone number, billing address, and payment details. Payment data is handled by Stripe and we never store your card details on our systems.
When you use the website, we collect basic analytics through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, pages visited, how long you stayed, what device you used, what country you came from. This is aggregated; we don’t use it to identify individuals.
When you sign up for our email list, we collect your name, email, and any preferences you give us. We use Go High Level (GHL) for email management.
When you connect to the in-suite Wi-Fi, our network provider StayFi captures your name, email, and phone (a one-time gate). You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
How we use your information
- To process your booking and communicate about your stay
- To send check-in instructions, the smart-lock code, and arrival info
- To follow up after your stay with a review request
- To send our monthly newsletter, if you opted in
- To improve the website using aggregated analytics
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Who we share information with
- Hospitable (our property management system), for booking processing
- Stripe (our payment processor), for payment processing
- Go High Level (GHL) (our email + CRM), for email and guest communication
- Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, for aggregated website analytics
- StayFi, for in-suite Wi-Fi authentication
- Cloudflare, for site security and performance
We share information with these vendors only to the extent necessary to provide their services to us. They each have their own privacy practices that apply when they handle your data.
Cookies
We use cookies for analytics and to remember your preferences. You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Some site features (like the booking calendar) may not work properly without cookies enabled.
Your rights
You can:
- Ask us what information we have about you
- Ask us to correct or update it
- Ask us to delete it (subject to our legal obligation to retain booking records for tax purposes)
- Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link

Children’s privacy
We don’t market to children under 13 and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you believe we have, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we’ll change the “last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be communicated via email to anyone on our list.
