We put the pool in this past January. It sits in the middle of the property, so from any suite you’re steps from the water. It’s a small-building pool, which means it’s rarely crowded, no fighting for a chair, no waiting for a lane. On a hot July afternoon when the Gulf is bathwater, the pool is the better swim.
Two of the suites are pool-adjacent ground-floor units:
- Paradise Palms — ground floor, two queens and a queen sleeper sofa, steps from the pool. Easy in and out with kids and coolers.
- Sunset Shores — ground floor, two-bedroom, pool-adjacent, opening September 2026.
The upstairs suites, Tropical Tides and Whispering Waves, look out over it.
Why a pool plus a 3-minute beach walk is the best of both worlds
Beachfront towers sell “steps to the sand” and skip the part where the pool is a shared resort deck packed by 10 AM. Sundial does the opposite. You’re a 3-minute walk to the Gulf through the public access at the end of Sundial Street, and you have a quiet on-site pool for everything in between.
