Group discount tiers
Booking direct, applied at checkout. The more of the building you take, the better the rate per suite, and the more privacy you get for your group.

How it works
- Tell us what you need. Number of guests, dates, and which suites (or “all of them”). Use the contact form below or text Reanna directly.
- We send a custom quote with your group discount applied. Usually within a few hours during business days.
- You book direct. One reservation per suite (so each guest party can have their own check-in code), but coordinated as a single group stay.
- One point of contact for the whole stay. Reanna handles every group booking personally, turnover schedules, parking allocation, pool reservations, anything special.
Who this is for
Family reunions
Grandparents in one suite, kids and grandkids in the others. Everyone has their own kitchen and their own bedroom door, but you all share the same pool.
Wedding parties
House the wedding party, the immediate family, and an out-of-town crew in one quiet building. Three-minute walk to a beach ceremony spot.
Corporate retreats
Sleeps 24 with the whole building. Pool deck doubles as outdoor meeting space. Walk-to-everything West End of PCB, far from the strip noise.
