The suite
Sunset Shores is the suite we just finished. New kitchen, new bathroom, new paint, new flooring. The most square footage of the three. The bedroom side faces the parking lot rather than the pool deck, which means quieter sleep, especially on summer nights when the pool stays busy late.
This is our pick for groups that want a little more room — and for the guests who notice when the finishes are fresh.

Frequently asked
What got renovated? The kitchen, the bathroom, the flooring, the paint, and the patio. Every visible surface in 2026.
Is the bedroom side really quieter? The primary and second bedrooms face the parking-lot side of the building rather than the pool deck. On a busy Saturday night you’ll notice the difference.
Why is this suite slightly bigger than the others? The original floor plan ran longer on this end of the building. The renovation kept the footprint and added efficient storage.
Are the photos current? Yes. The photos on this page were shot the week the renovation finished. Nothing in the unit looks different from the photos.
Are pets welcome? Not at this time. None of our suites are pet-friendly.
Coffee bar? Keurig with a starter set of pods on the counter.
What time does the pool open? 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Best for couples or families? Either. The extra square footage means six adults won’t feel cramped, and the quieter bedroom side is a real benefit if anyone in your group sleeps light.
